Kerala's industrial heritage — old rice mills, cashew factories, coir warehouses, and chimneys — represents a distinct engineering tradition. NDVPL provides structural assessment, adaptive reuse design, and conservation for these often-overlooked structures.
The industrial buildings of 19th and early 20th century Kerala — coir factories, rice mills, tile kilns, and processing warehouses — were built with the same masonry skills as religious and civic buildings of the period. Many are now underused or at risk.
NDVPL brings structural rigour to these buildings — assessing their condition, designing appropriate interventions, and in many cases providing the engineering support for adaptive reuse that gives them a new purpose while retaining their industrial character.

We can assess its structural condition and advise on conservation, adaptive reuse, or necessary repair.
