Every heritage conservation project at NDVPL begins with respect for what already exists. We apply structural science in service of historical authenticity — repairing, stabilising, and documenting historic structures so they survive for future generations.
Conservation at NDVPL follows the principle of minimum intervention — doing only what is necessary to stabilise and protect, using materials that are compatible with the original fabric. We avoid Portland cement in historic masonry, synthetic resins in stone, or any intervention that cannot be reversed.
Our work spans churches, mosques, temples, fort walls, palaces, bridges, and traditional Kerala houses — each requiring a different technical approach and a different understanding of cultural significance.

Bring us in early — the best conservation outcomes come from structural and architectural input at the start, not after problems appear.
