NDVPL was founded in 1984 as a proprietary practice providing architectural and structural consultancy. Formalised as a private limited company in 2008, the firm has grown into a multidisciplinary organisation delivering hundreds of residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional projects across India for both private and government clients.
In 2018, Hone Structural Health Monitoring India Pvt. Ltd. extended the group's reach into real-time structural monitoring — correlating stress, strain, vibration, and crack data with analytical models to ensure long-term performance and safety.
NDVPL has executed large-scale industrial projects for vendors associated with Honda, Bajaj, Maruti, and other major manufacturers — delivering on strict timelines and cost efficiency for both private and government clients.
NDVPL specialises in arches, vaults, and domes (AVD) in stone and brick masonry with natural hydraulic lime mortar. These systems are governed by geometry — elements stay in compression, eliminating tensile stress and yielding structures that endure for centuries.
Through Hone SHM, the group deploys instrumentation for stress, strain, vibration, crack growth, and tilt — correlating real-time field data with analytical models to verify structural performance and safety over a structure's life.
